I am studying to become one, what do you mean by "efficient"?, what is your goal?

Just watch the tutorials by the big content creators, get plugins, use tools that do some things faster like whimisical for wireframing I heard yesterday, download templates, download wireframing/prototyping kits, learn all the basics features like alignment, auto layout and keybind shortcuts.
