any way around fat dissolving behind the ramus?

or is it too risky? ive done below my entire jawline i think if i just did behind the bottom half of my ramus that would ascend me a lot more than dissolving anywhere else since having the entire gonion clearly visible is very important to having a "good jawline" to normies and generally for aesthetics. plus its the only place i can realistically do now and benefit from without worrying about downtime

i plan to do 0.3-0.6 mL aqualyx per side. its obviously a lot so if u inject into a vein it could cause problems but what would be the worst thing that happens? ive injected like 0.1 mL of test into my vein once and hcg multiple times by accident and nothing happened so what if i just split it into 0.15 mL x 2-4 mL? that way even if i inject into a vein it'll be a relatively small amount so nothing should happen cuz after the first mistake ill just stop or readjust.

Not sure if you’ve done it yet but I’m gonna do it soon so I’ll lyk, just pinch n pray. I hit a vein with fat dissolver by the nasalobial fold and nothing happened besides temporary numbing and blood loss

i haven't yet but i will once i get more dissolver in two weeks. even if you hit a vein you just end up bruised and i guess you can also aspirate for 15 seconds to make sure you arent in one. i feel like dissolving the full ramus is a bit excessive and unaesthetic (and also risky), so for me im doing the bottom half only so the gonion/angle are clearly visible. i just pinched the area i mentioned right now and it seems like an easy injection for me at least

and how was your nasolabial fold session? any reductions or no? its a tricky area if you cant combat the loose skin afterwards with skin booster injections or topical treatments like RF or systemics like GH
