Any way for natural ccw rotation?

19yrs old. Is there any natual way in my unc age, or should I just do surgery. Not that bad but my gonial angle is kinda high.​

ccw rotation (hey thats my user:feelsokman:) is typically a term used in surgical procedures

so yes, just do surgery
