I’m 15 and 4 months 5’10, what’s the chances of me getting to potentially 6’1-6’2 and if i’m cooked how can i reach my full potential? I go to the gym 3x a week, eat mostly well lots of fruits and meat and carbs, anywhere from 3000-4000 cals a day, i take zinc, magnesium, fish oil, d3 (no k2 as of right now) and creatine, i get tons of sun and generally good sleep anywhere from 7-9 hours, and i sprint atleast 2-3 times a week if i can. are my chances high of hitting 6’1 atleast? if not is there anything i can take to reach that potential? i’ve researched into peptides and ai and don’t really want to get on ai unless it’s prescribed to me. i’d be open to mk but i don’t know if it’d really give me the best results
