I dont think that s possible mate, by stretching it will work the same as u stretch ur spine also better posture =ur neck looks straight and longer, forward head posture= ur neck looks bent and smaller so you choose

In the early day yes but neck isn't that important for me anymore as I have great frame, so I just naturally look good

You can’t really get it longer besides decompression for very minimal gains.
