just do a few push ups every few mins so the pump doesnt go away. for max results go do push ups until failure in the bathroom of the party (peak autism tho)

the salt increases BP (you can notice sometimes you're veiny after eating a salty meal), and sugar is a fast dumping sugar which will get stored as glycogen. if u have a few days u could go ultra tryhard and fast for a couple days (zero carbs, not even one), and the day before ur event eat a lot of startchy foods and you'll be super pumped and full the next day.

just my opinion but I love doing cardio before going out. I notice my skin gets very, very clear from the bloodflow and my face glows for about an hour. on top of that vascularity from the sweating just no pump. my face looks much tigher too which is neat

Blood Flow Restriction Bands trap blood in your arms which inflates them like a motherfucker

Instead of using big BFR bands that you can see through a tshirt, use those silicone bracelets (adjustable or not)

Also go to your grocery store and buy some raw beetroots. Juice / blend those and down it. You'll have a sickening pump, might make it last a bit longer too.
