A quick way is to test for working memory or the speed of processing.
Both together are almost isomorphic with general intelligence.
So just let someone tell you several numbers (1per second) and then try to repeat them backwards or in order from 1-9.
5 is the average, 6 -7 is 110-125, 8-9 is 130+.
You can also do it visually but then Is assume 6 is about average, since people generally tend to learn more visually.

Alternatively just do reputable free tests like the JCTI or SEE30. Both test fluid inductive reasoning and can be a good proxy for FS- IQ
