Any way to beat hereditary eyebags?

I’ve had pretty bad eyebags since I was young and it only progressively gets worse with age. I can’t get fillers so i’m looking for some alternatives, they are completely genetic and lifestyle changes does not help combat them. I’m not sure if the skin itself is too thin or maybe it’s the pigment?
