Sometimes I get dejected from feeling isolated or rejected from my peers in college. Mostly happens because I'm introverted and I am neurodivergent (high-functioning AuDHD). I can't really vent to anyone because I'm a man and it makes me look like a pussy so I just hold in my emotions most of the time. It's starting to get to a point though where I have slight depressive episodes semi-frequently.

Should I be taking anti-depressive medications? Any recommendations?

Stop with this rejection dysphoria shit

Ur just depressed because ur autistic, if anyone was experiencing what u are as an autist, they would be sad as well(even as a non-autist)

U need to get the victim mentality out first u have control over how u respond to rejections.

That’s what your heart is for
