I was wondering if there is any way to lean out and not stunt my growth and hormones?

Build muscle first your body is soft
 
There is nothing to lean out to you have no muscle. If you are already weight training make sure you are not doing that 4x12 bullshit, focus on sets at 0-2 RIR max 8 reps. Start eating 1 to 1.2 grams of protein at your maintenance calories and take creatine

I used to look just like you when I started. I look the same except I have more muscle and I can look decent if I cut. But trust me don’t cut yet your going to be a twig and it’s not worth it, Don’t fall for the bulk bs either. You can gain muscle on a maintenance or slight surplus, I got really fat from bulking
