Any way to fix a recessed maxilla?

Is there any way I can fix a recessed maxilla and a protruding upper lip? It annoys me cos I look stupid with the lip. And also I’m 15 and in these pics about a 20-25% bf

I’m not rlly worrying about being skinny at my age. I do a lot of exercise and also eat a lot as I got told to eat in a slight surplus

JFL it’s obviously his mandible is recessed. I imagine he has a severe overjet too.

Anyway the answer is no without bimax (maybe just BSSO tbh)

Nope I don’t have an overjet or an overbite. And is my mandible recessed? I’ve had ppl told me it’s fine

I would say you have very prominent overbite (from the looks of it), partially because of chin recession. maybe try braces first before you consider surgery. for surgery not sure if it's ur lower maxilla is recessed but possibly upper. or maybe you just have bad undereye support, hard to say.

for surgery, maybe just fat graft, possibly bimax or some jaw surgery to fix overbite. just wait it out and make sure ur getting enough d3/k2/magnesium/calcium to make sure u develop right

Okay thank you so much, but I don’t have an overbite, dentists have told me it’s perfectly fine. And yeah I have bags under my eyes even though I get 8+ hours of sleep a day, which is because of my genetics, will probably get a fat graft when I’m older, as well as a lefort to fix the maxilla. For now I spend about 1-2 hours per day in the sun, take in about 1000mg of calcium, 500mg C, 350mg magnesium, and for k2 I’m not sure how much I should have but currently taking almost 100mcg.

weird how your upper lips protrudes that much then. might be a soft tissue issue/fuller philtrum. not sure about possible surgeries then, just hope you grow into it. I don't know a whole lot about surgery, but if you have a normal bite, lefort 1 would not help you so much.

morph with only lower jaw and lower lip adjusted along with underage support. fairly easy fix for lower jaw and undereyes, but getting that lower lip projection might be a bit tougher u just gotta look into it more if u need to once u finish puberty

Yeah I believe it’s a soft tissue problem, I’ll do some research on it. Apart from that what surgeries would you recommend? Tysm
