Any way to fix asymmetrical face

I have my nose asymmetrical even my jaws look different like one is good the other is feminine should I do just a surgery for all of it cuz even my eyes and eyebrows and if I should do any tips on what surgers I should do

Orthodontics might still help you even after your growth plates have fused. In my specific case, my canthal tilt, slightly more downturned eye, and reduced cheekbone projection were due to a palatal asymmetry. A palate expander helped me a lot with that, though—as you'd expect—I was going through puberty at the time, so I got better results.

It is good to find out the reason for your asymmetry; there are various possible causes.
