Only way to fix them without going into an operating room would be with syringes of filler or fat

nope, not yet, made some threads about it

I'm critical on undereye fillers and fat transfer but I think I would profit a lot from it. risk of migration scares me off and fat transfer is very expensive for the suboptimal results it often provides

No the easiest way to go blind would probably be to stab yourself in the eyes with a 6 inch blade
