Basically what tile says. I'm still in puberty so wtf do I do, cause I can't afford roids and surgery.

I don't know how to help you then. I tried widening the palate myself, and I got 4 mm.Can you tell me how you got the palate expander? Tell me the process itself, what happened to you.

idk dentist strapped it on me and i had to wear it, cause i had a narrow palate. wore it for a few months, then it got removed. after that, my palate fell narrow and recessed again
