It's not about asymmetric UEE, but about eye placement. Look at the morph below, where the left eye is re-aligned with the right eye. The difference is actually quite dramatic.
Is it worth undergoing an invasive and expensive surgery ? Not sure about that.

Lip lift indeed. The chin height is actually fine once the philtrum is fixed, so I don't think he should alter it at all.

Lip lift + alar plasty + orbital floor implant (probably too optimistic, so more for the sake of highlighting the eye asymmetry) :

idk if u can relaly fix this 100 pecrent but u can make it like 85 percent better with cantho the eye that isn't so squinted, they will likely tighten it up, obv talk to ur surgeon to come up with a plan you like but honestly js ask chatgpt what surgery and then u can use forums and google to figure out what u want for it and then talk to a surgeon
