Hey, I turned 19 a few months ago. Currently my height is 5"11, I was wondering if there are any ways I could still gain another inch or so? Any suggestions appreciated, thank you.

Dude, 19 years old your probably done most of your growing already. also 5ft11 is not a bad height, it's above average, in most developed places. IDK You might be a late bloomer and grow well into your 20s, or you could be done growing. Do you have growth chart, charting how tall you were at each age, it might not be over in your endeavor to get tall, if you had a growth spurt recently.
