any way to get rid of beauty marks/moles??

i feel like ts kinda looks like acne because i have so many of them but like its not freckles its just a bunch of moles

have to laser them off i ripped one of my stomach once cuase it stuck out came back a but less pronounced but is still there and bled for a bit.

laser removal or freeze it with liquid nitrogen
