any way to go into deficit w growing

I wanna lose fat so bad and wanna go into deficit but I'm currently 5ft 8 RN and if I go into it that will stunt my growth so any tips

Don't starve yourself, simple as that, as long as you hit your macros and get the proper nutrition youre still going to grow even if youre in a deficit
