Any way to grow taller without HGH?

um i think aromatase inhibitor could maybe help although idk bc it just keeps growth plates open, doesn’t really cause growth, you could cope with gh secretagogues but don’t expect much, 6ius of hgh and ai is your best bet.

peptides wont do as much as 6+ iu of gh would, theyd help sure but dont expect crazy results, and sarms wont help, there are other mechanisms u could hit to grow other than the gh/igf1 axis but theyr experimental and expensive.

idk much about exogenous igf1 but if anything just put the 6ius hgh and ai in the bag, its literally used in clinical or medical settings for children with idiopathic short stature, hgh + ai, i think you should just do that

mmm honestly probably not, they wouldn’t prescribe it unless you’re medically deficient in growth hormone or have idiopathic short stature which unfortunately the doctors think 5’8 is livable. i’d say your best bet is just grey market gh as it’s significantly cheaper than pharmaceutical grade growth hormone therapy although you have to be careful
