Any way to make nose smaller/slimmer without surgeries?

Nose is my biggest failo, being recessed also adds up lol.
It's straight, but wings are fat. I don't know if it's stored up fat or something else????? im skinny and can't get rid of it

I've heard hydrocortisone helps, as well as roaccutane, but not sure...


Bought hydrocortisone cream, will try it for a few weeks

Of course im gonna get rhino, its just that i have to wait 2 years for it. I want to do something that could help in the meanwhile

Tbh surgery seems to be the best option. I also have wide nostrils you can see it on my profile picture

I tried some nose exercise and up being worse or nothing is changing

Im currently bonesmashing the radix for more bone mass hope this works
