Any way to supress hunger without spending money?

Nicotine is out of option as of now, I'm detoxing cause whenever I take puff out of my vape I can't feel shit, I live in Hungary so energy drinks are also out of option, can't buy them under 18, so any other suggestions? I need to fast really badly my ass is too fat

Me too, I dont do 100% primal diet cause i think eating raw meat is dumb and i also like eating fruits
