Just wait, that shit doesn't work over night, it takes months to see noticeable results - you are already doing enough. Also, biotin and keratin supplements can help.

How different is that from microneedling?
I already microneedle to increase bloodflow will adding a scalp massage make a difference?

The point of scalp massage is to break up calcium deposits and excessive sebum in your scalp. You have to use pinching and circular motions on your scalp to break up these deposits and loosen the skin on your scalp. Results take a few months but is has been shown to reverse MPB and diffuse thinning. I don't know if microneedling does this but it wouldn't hurt to add massages.

You only need around 20 min a day also you may experience some initial shedding in the first couple of weeks but it will regrow and in a few months you will have noticeable results.

how to know if that's my problem? I'm also mostly thinning. the massage feels good but not sure if I have deposits or sebum. what other things can cause thinning? cortisol should be fine but when it was higher is when I thinned a lot.
what do you think about red light therapy on scalp? I have 850nm and 660nm lamp. there was a study on laser that said it works but how about red light? also some people swear that nofap reversed their thinning

Thats only for male pattern I have diffuse thinning.
bump
Dut works for diffuse i had diffuse after years of abusing adrol, tren, test and multiple other steroids but my mid length hair masked it so people didnt notice it so much (nor did I). Prob is dut may be too strong if you're natty. Try fin first, before minoxidil because it takes far less effort. If you're really worried go nuclear on tht shit and go fin/dut, min and RU58841. If its just natural thin hair not much u can do to make it appear thicker besides avoiding conditioner etc and using dry shampoo can make it appear thicker.

Does keratine treatment last until you shower it off or does it go away after 1 day.

i only shower my hair 1 time a week cuz its annoying to style it after shower.

OP, apart from the long-term solutions, you can use hair thickening fibers to temporarily thicken your hair by a lot. Google them.

Nioxin or Urea Shampoo
Sheabutter/Coconut Moisturizer
Silk Pillow
luke warm water (NOT with hard water)
B6, Zinc, D3
Vasodilators like Viagra or Minoxidil

appearantly Keratin Treatment works also

IGF2 should mog IGF 1 in regards to soft tissue and collagen synthezation

A study showed (can't find it) that those with MPB had significantly less blood flow to the scalp than those with healthy hair. If your hands are oily after a few minutes of intense massaging then you probably do have excess sebum in your scalp. It is a small (20 minute) time investment and has no monetary cost so it would not hurt to try anyways.
