Start with popular game chats, normal webspaces (not this spergscape), etc, easy entry online shit with a mixture of NTs and NDs. Get an idea of slang, speech patterns, common conversational practices, the such. (This worked well for me because quarantine happened when I was your age, so plenty of normal people to interact with on Discord servers since everyone was resorting to places like those.)
Eventually move into spaces more and more neurotypical (school group tables, clubs, etc), pick up their behaviors, apply them, all of that, and you'll be set to socialize.
