I only have it on my left pec, had it since I was little, it doesn’t grow, doesn’t hurt, just looks ugly.

I’m desperate at this point, a surgery costs so much and takes month to heal.

I have some gyno too. Its not very noticeable but it is there and I am insecure about it. I'm thinking of using raxo

I guess you could try asking an endocrinologist to put you on a course of about Tamoxifene and Raloxifene. But not sure if it would work for your case since you have had it for so long

i have a theory but dont bank on it. I think minimal periods of low fat starving can get rid of it like 4 weeks of lean meat only. I have gyno too but idc tbh i just pinch my nipple so they dont look puffy if i have my shirt off

When I was 70kg it looked almost unnoticeable, now at 80kg it’s much more prominent

If you want to get rid of it temporarily you could try compressing it by using tight nylon vest underneath your clothes

But again not sure if it would 100% work for you based on the severity

I actually went to a few surgeons last year to get it removed. 2 of them refused to do it saying i should try stuff ralox first and one agreed to do the surgery right away if I really wanted but also agreed that I would better try ralox first since mine wasn't that bad to require a surgery.

If you have it got it recently I guess it would work depnding on the severity. I think surgery is the most reliable option but it is not cost effective like the drugs. You could also try compressing it to remove the appearance while on medicine

I injected acid into my nipples at some point but I only had fat no gland

If it’s a gland, just get surgery tbh, raloxifene at best will slightly shrink it but not fully destroy it
