Increase your fat-free muscle mass index (FFMI) so you burn more calories. That way you'll be able to eat more without getting fat(ter). Other than that, eat less often. Only when you're really hungry and stop once you're full.

Stay at about 2000/day (unless you're like a manlet)

The hunger will go away in a couple days.

You will lose weight slowly, but you'll lose it perminantly, because this is a behavioral reset

Eat less while doing intermittent fasting, at first you’re hungry in the morning and late at night but your body adapts. I still eat shit like chips and ice cream (staying under 2000 calories) and lose weight.

The more muscle you have the more calories you burn, the more you can eat.
I have a lot more muscle than the average untrained yet my metabolism is slow

I can do this if I stay at home but if I’m going school then I can’t
