Won't work in most cases unless gummy smile. You need a Lefort 2 or 3 and good luck convincing a plastic surgeon to do that to you for only cosmetic reasons.

You're better hope is to widen your head at the top to balance it out, so basically OBO.

But OP is literally fucking 15. He should not be getting plastic surgery before 20 since the face still grows till the mid 20s. He does it before then he'll get botched most likely/

Even in case of gummy smile L1 wouldn't shorten midface

This is 10.8mm impaction and her nose is still the same.

L2/L3 with impaction would do it.
