What are some good ways to raise metabolism? Besides obvious ones like exercise ofc

Clenbuterol seems to be the strongest option, but it only brings 10% increase (100-200 calories) and shit ton of bad side effects. Fish oil is a tiny difference too.

Is there a way to increase it by a lot?
 
Drink a lot of ice cold water, eat high fiber/high volume/low calorie food (takes more effort to digest), don't eat before bed (the thermic effect of food is much lower during sleep, less effecient digestion), dont wear winter clothes during winter, work/eat/study standing up, try to move around a lot, or sprint towards the room you wanna go to instead of walking, sleep in your underwear/naked (take pics and pm :what:). It seems dumb but it adds up.

It prevents cells from fully completing the ATP process and makes you feel like you are burning inside. It's probably the main reason Zyzz died. He literally refused to do cardio and that was the result lol.

Zyzz died from an underlying heart condition. We already know how he died, it was not from DNP.

This 100%, can especially vouch for trying to stay up and active, consider standing work station but remember to ramp up the standing time little by little. Feeling a bit cold is something we don't experience in modern times much at all, but shivering helps:)IIRC there's some data showing that cold exposure can be beneficial for immune system too

For legal supplements, try caffeine + ephedrine or synephrine. Get lots of protein for TEF.

Ostarine allows you to retain muscle in caloric deficits. It was made for sick patients to prevent muscle wasting. You can go crazy with cardio on it and not lose your muscle gains .

Ostarine will shut you down though. It's not worth it unless you're a roider, and roiders already have higher BMR due to higher T and higher lean mass
