Any workout schedules you guys recommend?

I have been working out for around 3 years and I wrestle and used to box the only results I see is slight weight loss but I want more I need to look better than I do now and than I ever did
 
I mean if your consistently wrestling and boxing fbeod would be good. depends on the days you can get in the gym and the days you practice other sports.

I've been slacking on boxing recently and wrestling is starting up soon I could get in the gym sometimes but I mostly workout in my home gym(I have 5-25 pound dumbbells and a bench)
 
What would hitler do?

fb x2 or x3 or ulx2 high intensity low volume
