water retention side effects are fucking diabolical, but definitley not sustainable. Any1 on keto rn?

Im on super low carbs rn - basically when I can get away I rely on protein + fats.
Im absolutely SHOCKED that it's that easy, how I can manage to not feel real hunger for ~7-8h after eating like 500kcal of "bacon & eggs". Then something with carbs would be eaten but it radically decreases overall calories "in" vs out so I don't worry about water retention & bloating (drink electrolytes/water) because it melts/vaporize the fat fast ngl..
I'll probably fuck this all up a little bit with beer & shit I guess but it's good to know it really works..
