that trumps all, but other factors play into it for some like thick skin, genetically bad fat distribution, baby fat not aged yet. also looking lean at higher bf is mogger af trait than having to cut to 8 to look good

this is all true.
I have abs at 16-17% body fat but now im 13% and they havent really changed, nothing really has except maybe my face slightly.
fucking weird how it all works
