Any1 who denies gym and says it "descends u" is a subhuman with 0 will power

dude yeah ever since i started eating more and drinking more water my libido has been crazy. I get brick way more often now, that was cuz previously i was an absolute twink. Despite me even taking SARMs i feel like my test has went up because my test was being supressed from being a twig for so long so the SARMs had negligable effect on test
Has there been any negative effects?

unironically no. I did it for 2 months, im now cruising and maintaing strength for 2 months on mk677 then i plan to run the same SARM again.

Only side is that its bad for ur liver, thats why u blast and cruise though, to recover your liver.

how is it stressful though if im listening to music i like and i feel motivated to lift heavy, yeah if ur training high rep range its stressful on ur joints and is physically hard as fuck and taxing mentally. But thats not what any1 is saying u should do lol.

its just something i do daily. I know how to cycle between playlists well and different types of music so its never too understimulating for me. I also take caffiene and honey , bread and salt before i go in so i always get a good lift.

I always wear a hoodie so i can see the pump after, your basically working your way to see the pump and results. If u do that everyday for literally months it adds up.

Its just a part of my life from now on and the only time ill stop going is probably when i die to be honest.

I ran my SARMs cycle and im now cruising MK677 and gave the gym my all for 2 months. I want to eventually work in firefighting or some security field or something and gym is 100% gonna get me to that. Not only that it just opens so much doors, u may go in there just wanting to lift weights, then before u know it, ur doing machines, hip thrusts, stretches to literally craft ur body how u want it like your God.

The only issue is when u see the gym as the only metric of success or looks thats when you become an asbolute subhuman acnecel like @decadouche57

banana isnt good for prework out it has potassium. I used to do that when i did boxing yeah nah its fucking horrid.

Even i wouldnt take too much caffiene before gym cuz it could have diuetric llike effects

I worked my way up to 20mg ostarine daily for 2 month. I put on around 25lbs, and even went down bf %. I also did get newbie gains since i didnt train before literally since like 2 years and was like 125lbs soaking wet

Thats too low man. I eat like 3 eggs. One glass of Protein milk, Banana, darkbread. Protein jogurt.. and 1-2 cholate candy and plenty of water.

If u prework out is shit. Ur reps will also stall a lot.

Gym (on gear) can descend you. Skin, hair and overall health is important for beauty.

Gym natty is good for you but don't fall for the body builder meme. Its a good look but women care less about muscularity then men do. You still need face+hair and skin.
