All the time especially when I brush my teeth before I go out if I’m going out with my friend/friends then no but if I’m going out alone I feel awkward and feel like everyone is watching me

yes just like how i feel internally rigid due to my poor kinesthetic awareness i feel like an unlubricated cog or a puzzle piece that doesn't fit
