I started reta (titrating from 1.5 mg, 2 and now 2.5 mg a week) 3 weeks ago and feel very tired on it especially the first few days after pinning. It could be because I'm not eating as much even though I'm making sure I eat enough but I'm not too sure since there are other things that could be making me tired (I smoke weed daily), in terms of fat loss and cravings it's awesome but if I can find a way to deal with the tiredness it would be better since it's the only side I got. Should I get a blood glucose monitor just in case?
