Anybody else have no progress on fitness.

I'm around 5'11 140, and I haven't made any progress physique wise, I have been lifting regularly and eating well for a few months and Im still skinny fat, I don't think I can recognize any changes in my physique.
 
I'm starting to wonder if working out is worth it
 
It could be you have an extremely fast metabolisim im not sure and I also dont know your gym routine I dont know much but im pretty sure if you just do a dirty bulk grow ur upper body then cut while maintaing ur muscle mass youll get rid of skinny fat
 
"Few months", there's your issue. Try a full year and see if you still feel the same afterwards. No shortcuts to getting a good physique (well unless you run gear but that's beside the point).

"Dirty bulk" I don't want to see/listen to these two words together. No, absolutely not. It's a stupid concept that harms you more than anything else and it's not optimal. Just eat with a controlled caloric surplus, clean your diet, fix your lifestyle. Gains will follow.
