High-dose phenibut withdrawal can be one of the worst feelings you can experience on earth, be careful boyos. I wouldn't ever use it more than once in 8-10 days and even that is pushing it and tolerance still builds up over time. But it's very hard to not get addicted and use it all the time because it can feel so good at first for some people, and that's when the problems begin. It's getting banned in more and more countries by the way.
