Anybody get that feeling when it feels like there is a million eyes looking at you while you eat, like you’re trying to chew your food and enjoy it but it feels like every bite you’re being made fun of

objectively i know that no one gives a shit but i still feel like they do. maybe the solution is just getting anxiety meds but idk how to get them prescribed and shi maybe through psychologist
