both my parents are bellow the age of 50 and are have around 35% of bf but for some reason they have some a really hollow part in their upper cheeks
i have no fucking clue how tf is it possible at that bf but their only habit that i know is that they drink alot of coffee other than that i dont know how , they just seem kinda bloated but just not on that part ethier im high and its a sign of "aging" or its completely genetics (image bellow as reference)

both my grandparents have them in photos of them at 30
I have hollow cheeks at 17% bf
its probably a combo of fat, skin, and bone combinations and positions that give it the look

Buccal fat (it goes up to the temples yes) atrophy, it doesn't show in front cause of recession
