Anybody have experience with Dr Safi from Switzerland?

I just had a short free online consultation with him and he said a trimax with some jaw implants would ascend me. He also said he could do some facial simulation which cost around 1500 swiss franc I think . Anybody know if it's worth it and could share their experience with him?
