I shed a lot. When i sit on the desk typically up to 10 hair falls on my desk in a day and it also falls to ground up to 10. Mom also complains about the sheding.

Its been like that for last 1-2 year but i still have good temples, good density and an okay hairline.(my hairline is naturally high)

Well that's called diffuse thinning!

It's different from what's called MPB (male pattern baldnes) which is about receding temples.

Keep in mind that the average human sheds about 50/100 hair follicles a day.

What's your hair care routine?

I dont think its diffuse thinning because i think my density is okay too. checked myself on the mirror and density is still good. and idk if that matters but dad had mpb.

and my hair care routine does not exist. i just wash everyday because too oily. i use soap.

and i think i am %90 defficent in vitamins, especially D3.

Yeah I mean the way your described how your hair sheds, I mentioned the mechanism it is taking.

Lol soap?

Wtf are you doing here tho? A user since 2021 with 7k posts and named as Looksmaxer yet unable to the most basic looksmaxxes? As supplementing vitamins and minerals, stuff like that?

giving react is sign of respect. if i even give ugh react it means i appriciate your reply because you took the risk of not getting any react and fucking your rep/post ratio.

Well appreciate it.

But ugh reacts doesn't count as actual reacts for other users to see, only you can view it in your profile.

Same, my hair used to shed like crazy even though I wouldn't lose any volume (in fact my hair would keep getting longer) but it stopped after switching shampoos.

I have this too! It's confusing because it's been happening for so long now that I don't get how i'm not bald!
I have a habit of running my fingers through my hair and and closing my fingers to catch any loose hairs. I do it many times per day and must 'pull out' (although they would fall out anyway) like 200+ hairs lol.

Happening to me as well. I got covid in may 2021 and since then it kept falling out. Before that, in the shower and brushing no more than 10 hairs would fall. Then i got cuckvid19 again in 2022 and cucked me again. Not to mention my immune system is shit and i have a poor diet sometimes

I spoke to many people and it's happening to them as well. Both girls and guys, ages varying.

It's disgusting for me bcs i barely lost 20 hairs while showering or touching my hair. But now i lose a lot more and my hairline and hair density and hair health are the same.

What do you think would cause this?
