Low carb is worse than ray peat is healthy

What is? sugarmaxxing?
Yes, if you look into the mechanisms involved regarding glucose oxidation compared to lipid oxidation you will see why the body prefers glucose as it's primary energy source and subsequently you should see drastic improvements in your life.

I went from keto to high sugar and so far it has completely changed my life, it's all about energy and the more energy you have the more you are capable of

The argument for white sugar is cost I will eat cane sugar if it is in something like ice-cream but I don't just eat white sugar

Fruit, honey maple syrup + lots of milk contains lots of sugar + ice-cream/chocolate if calories allow

I have been doing something sort of similar to ray peat for about a year. Roughly 80g fat, 500g carbs and 150g protein.

I'm feeling really good and maintaining my weight. Before this, I went pretty hard on the low carb dieting and fasting for a while and I think that it damaged my health. I was cold, anxious and low energy all the time. Those symptoms are greatly reduced now, especially the coldness.
