Does anybody know the most aggressive diet for cutting while still being optimal and minimizing as much muscle loss as possible?

For the last three days I’ve genuinely been living off of cigarettes, water, and gum, results are visible fast but after some research I saw it messes up hormones (including test levels) and there’s rebound weight gain, amongst other shit.

nigga just eat in 500kcal deficit high protein and stop coping

Being fr, a steady calorie deficit it's the best thing to not lose muscle and avoid any rebound, if u go on to cut with only water and ciguies u will lose most of your gains, lower ur test, libido and get a horrible mind fog (since u are putting ur body on a "survival" state).

U can try a more aggresive aproach to a traditional cut, putting urself in a 800 calorie deficit for 6 to 8 weeks, past that period of time the best thing to do is to eat 300-500 cals below maintenance until u are in the desired bf%.

In my experience, an aggresive cut its a good way to lose fat, but dont over do it to avoid rebound, muscle and test loss, there are plenty of calorie intake calculators online and u can track ur daily intake with MFP or cronometer (i use this one).

you can try a only meat diet for 30 days, really helped me tbh

beat up orphans and eat them, do it like the elites... just focus, that u only eat the healthy ones to get better nutrients
 
Only eat Meat, and Fruits, and a little bit of fats. no complex carbs
