One of my friends [online] got rhinoplasty from this flagship surgeon in France/Germany [forgot which] in which a board of other surgeons have to specifically look at your case and vote on whether or not their clinic will give you the surgery, and it has to be unanimous.
Costed him like 12k [in 2022]
Then one of my other friends got a rhinoplasty from a some turkish surgeon that was practically a walk in clinic and the quality looked the exact same LOL

Something is just off though with me when it comes to how he works on ethnics. Idk. Here is a black chick that he did a rhino on, seems to come out halfway decent:
