Anybody know how to deal with keratosis pilaris (chicken skin) on face

I'm 14 so it might clear up after puberty but idk how to deal with it currently, is it diet or any cosmetic things i should do

I didn’t even know you could get that on your face

it mostly cleared up after I stopped eating gluten
