I’m at work right now, I work around 99% of black women and they are ghetto and ignorant as fuuccccck still stuck in the typical high school mindset. I’m on my phone right now btw and a while ago when I was walking into one of my patients room, one of them said something EXTREmELy ignorant in a low voice but i heard it, if I would’ve responded I would’ve been verbally castrated because of the fact of me being a man, and I mind my business 100% of the time, it seems to me people will pick fights and then when they get met with hostility they play victim

A nursing home, it’s HELL not even because of the work that’s the easy part but the people I work around and the nurses(my supervisors) I could write hella essays on the shit I go through at those places, I’ve been fired from 2 already for absolutely no reason, at one point I was doing 16 hours a day and being HARRASSED and slandered 24/7 for no reason. You have to be mentally bulletproof if u are a black young man working around all black women 20 something to 60, because they a ignorant as fuck, have no filter, etc etc etc .
