Anybody tried BPC157 and/or tb500 for recovery/injury.

Any experiences with these? Tore my rotator about 18 months ago and its still annoying me on some lifts (mainly just OHP). Wna exhaust all options before surgery bcause I dnt trust UK NHS to not screw me up.
