You could probably stretch your way to 5'11-6'0
Depends how old you are though, if you're a younger guy you will probably get closer to 2 inches (due to hormone levels etc)
If you're mid 20s or older then probably closer to one inch gain

The fact that you think an extra inch from 5,11 would allow you to wear a 1 inch lift and "claim 6ft", will automatically get you girls/respect in any situation is crazy. It's literally one inch. I'm 5'10.2 (178.1cm) out of bed and 5'9.75 (176.8cm) at night. I wear a wrangler boot with a 1cm lift. Not gonna lie I feel 60% of men are taller than me and 40% shorter. That's not too bad. Among college ages it's 65% taller 35% shorter and it feels manlety. This is why I just cannot wear flats like Adidas samba out in public. They have become my gym shoes.

Average is definitely 179-180cm for young white British males out here in the city of Norwich. Feels slightly bad and borderline short being 177cm, but not horendous.
