anyone able to explain whats causing my teeth to sway in one direction

first of its not the best pic, i know. but recently ive noticed what is most likely the root cause of my assymetry, my teeth. as you can see they are deviated to one side (highlighted with the line i drew). anyone know the cause/ potential fixes? going to the dentist today so lmk what questions i can ask
