anyone beat social anxiety?

the only viable long term drug is prolly SSRI, no pregab baclo or any other sedative can be used for long periods or even short term daily.

the closest ive come to fixing anxiety was through something called feeling elevated emotions but that lasted for a week or 2 and just stopped working. I dont think ssri worked for me either took zoloft for a few months from 25mg to 75mg and worked for a week only as well, felt so much better then I cold turkeyed it.

what are you niggas who have been on this forum for a while or been experimenting with long term stacks doing surely one of you guys have found a better alternative than pregab.

I had like no freinds for like 3 years js buddies on discord and i like got nice clothes i would say popular clothes around 8th grade and then fixed my hair and stuff and i js stop being anxious and alot more people talked to me. Its all about confidence
