Anyone been to Mayo Clinic??

my parents have god tier insurance. but no money for cosmetic surgery. So I am planning on going to the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota which is the best hospital in the world. They’ve literally done the first full face transplant LOL. they have billions of dollars and do all their own research. Except they’re not really focused on aesthetics which sucks, and I had a blepharoplasty there 4 years ago and I’m not happy with it I wish I had gone to taban instead.


Any advice? I will try to get an appointment with surgeons that are also plastic surgeons but I’m worried their treatment plans will not be focused on aesthetics just function. Right now I’m looking at septoplasty for sure, I literally can’t breathe through my nose. and maybe bimax + genio but I have a mild case tbf so I’m getting cold feet about it.

they will ask you to visit an ENT first and get a referral from them
but if you genuinely cannot breathe through your nose and it is proven it's because of your jaws then you will probably get it covered with insurance

yes they would probably improve just enough where it fixes your health problem. i don't recommend getting bimax when it's covered by insurance for esthetic purposes tbh
