Wich one should i buy? Is it risky to use it at home? Should i buy a numbing cream?
I guess this one from wish, is fake and bad quality? I read online that dr.pen m8 should be the newest and best model and A1 the best allrounder model.

I bought a knockoff from aliexpress, with adjustable needle length. It does work but I can barely feel it even at 2mm, I don't think I'd need a numbing cream. Buy extra needles, they're cheap and new needles are noticeably more comfortable, just check out this image (it's a syringe needle but you get the point)

Wireless versions cost considerably more so I don't think it's worth it.

I have M8 and got it on ebay for 90 CAD. it is legit and has a great motor. You can buy 30g of numbing cream for like 10 bucks so I recommend if you are going deeper than 1mm.
